Review

Now, let’s talk about the performance and the pros and cons of the charger. First, the pros:

  • The charger is very fast and efficient, thanks to the GaN technology that enables smaller, sleeker, and cooler charger designs without sacrificing performance.
  • The charger is very compact and portable, making it ideal for travel. It can fit easily in your bag or pocket, and it comes with different plugs that you can swap depending on the country you’re visiting.
  • The charger is very versatile and compatible, allowing you to charge multiple devices at once using different ports and protocols.
  • The charger is very eco-friendly and durable, thanks to the GaN technology that reduces power wastage and heat generation, contributing to a greener environment by conserving energy.
  • The charger also has a high-quality build and materials, and it has advanced safety features such as over-current, over-voltage, short-circuit, and temperature protection, preventing any damage to the charger or your devices.

Now, the cons:

  • The charger is relatively expensive, compared to other chargers on the market. The charger costs S$79, which is quite a high price for a charger. However, considering the features and benefits of the charger, it might be worth the investment if you value speed, efficiency, and convenience.
  • The charger is not compatible with some devices that require higher voltages or currents, such as some gaming laptops or monitors. The charger can only deliver up to 100W of power, which might not be enough for some devices that need more power.
  • The charger can get warm when charging multiple devices at high power, especially if the ambient temperature is high. This is normal for any charger, but it might be noticeable for some users. The charger has a built-in temperature sensor that will lower the power output if the temperature exceeds a certain limit, preventing overheating. However, this might also affect the charging speed and efficiency.
