Making Strawberry Jam at Home 2012

We don’t make jams everyday. That’s why there is a “2012” in the title.

It so happened my mom gave me a pack of fresh bright red strawberries.

We decided to turn the lot into jam because they tasted more sour than sweet… Using the same formula I learnt in year 2010.

Step 1: Cut strawberries into pieces.

Step 2: Cover the pieces with sugar.

Step 3: Leave overnight in the refrigerator till sugar react with strawberry bits and turn liquid.

Step 4: Boil till sticky as jam.

Step 5: Enjoy strawberry jam.
