Open the YouTube App.
Go to your channel and tap on View Channel.
Select the Shorts tab.
Find the Shorts you want to edit.
Tap on the 3 dots in the thumbnail.
Select Edit from the options.
Tap on the pencil icon in the thumbnail.
Select a new frame from the video.
You can also add new text to your thumbnail.
Tap on the checkmark and Save.
