In this tutorial, I demonstrate how to blur backgrounds in videos using CapCut like a pro!

Here are the steps:

• Import your video into CapCut.
• Make a Copy.
• Overlay the copy and align it with the original clip.
• Select the overlay clip and select the Cutout tool. Choose Remove Background.
• Click on the Effects button and select Video Effects.
• Go  to the Lens category and select the Blur effect.
• Drag the blur effect onto your video and adjust the duration to your liking.
• Save your video and export it.
