How TCM Helped Me Relieve My Back Pain

I Felt Like a Cyborg Being Jump-Started… ⚡️

I lay face down on the bed🛏, feeling the needles pierce my skin. They were connected to a machine that sent electricity coursing through my muscles. It felt like I was being jump-started, like an old car 🚗 that had finally gotten a new battery.

The needles were warm as the electricity passed through them. I could feel the current and it was strangely invigorating. I felt like a cyborg 🤖 undergoing maintenance, getting my systems rebooted.

I sprained my back muscle two days ago after lifting a heavy piece of luggage🧳. The pain had been so bad whenever I had to bend down. But now, as the electricity flowed through my muscles, I could feel the pain start to subside.

After the needles were removed, the doctor gave me a massage. It was a scream-inducing 😱 massage, but it felt amazing afterward. My back was still a little sore, but the pain was much better.

I thanked the doctor👨‍⚕️ for his help. He was a friendly and professional senior TCM physician at Ma Kuang. I was glad that my kids had insisted that I get treatment early.

My kid also took pictures 📷of me while I was getting the treatment. I couldn’t see what it looked like with my face down, but I was glad to have the pictures to look back on.

I left the doctor’s office feeling much better. My back was still a little sore, but the pain was much improved. I was grateful for the treatment, and I am looking forward to feeling even better in the days to come. 🥳
