Apple Special Event – March 2019… Summarised

Apple held its special event on 25 March 2019, at the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park, in Cupertino California.

It’s an announcement about new services.

Here’s what’s new and what I think in brief.

Apple News+. I get to access 300 over popular magazines for only $9.99 per month. Wow. I love magazines. BUT I have already too much to read online. I don’t think I want it even if it’s free.

Apple Card. This is interesting. A credit card by Apple. I’ve cut away all my extra credit cards so I won’t spent unnecessarily. BUT if I heard correctly, I don’t mind a credit card without fees.

Apple Arcade. I don’t understand this one. What’s the difference between this and the current games in the app store. Oh yes, it’s not free I guess, coz pricing will be announced soon.

Apple TV. I was about to conclude that what Apple wants to do is to lock you into their ecosystem. BUT NO. This is refreshing. Apple TV will also be available on Amazon, Roku, and smart TVs.

Apple TV+. Whenever we see a plus, it means paid. It’s supposed to have higher quality original content by great story tellers. BUT I’m not too sure about that, coz JJ is included… After what happened to Star Wars?

Ok, that’s just my quick feedback.
