Android Go vs Android One vs Regular Android

What is Android Go? What’s the difference between Android Go and Android ONE?

The launch of the S$137 Xiaomi Redmi Go last week got me curious.

It runs on Android Go system and claims the latest Google innovation is light and fast.

So this is what I found out.

So basically Android Go phones are underpowered devices to keep them affordable, while Google makes sure they run smoothly with lighter versions of current apps.

Android ONE used to serve budget phones but is now available in higher quality mid-range equipment.

Long live my Xiaomi Mi A1! 😁
