Welcome to my travel vlog about Penang, Malaysia! In this vlog, I take you on a tour of some of the top attractions in Penang, including the historic Chew Jetty, the vibrant Armenian Street, and the breathtaking views from The TOP observation deck.
I start the vlog by catching an early morning flight from Singapore to Penang on Scoot.
From the airport, I hop on to a Grab Taxi and set off to explore the city.
First up, is a visit to the charming Chew Jetty, a historic village located on the waterfront in George Town. The village is home to a community of families who have lived on the jetty for generations. It’s a great place to get a feel for the local culture and history.
Next, I head to Armenian Street, a bustling street filled with art, cafes, and street food stalls. It’s a great place to grab a bite to eat and check out some of the local art scene.
Next morning, it’s time for a delicious dim sum breakfast before visiting The TOP, an observation deck with panoramic views of the city.
Unfortunately, the planned trip to Penang Hill is cancelled due to the holiday crowd with a 4-hour queue for the train.
Finally, I wrap up the vlog by showing you my luxurious Maritime Suite and saying goodbye to Penang.
If you’re planning a trip to this beautiful city, be sure to check out my Penang Travel Vlog for some inspiration and ideas!
