Mushroom Fried Rice

3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 leaf cabbage sliced
4 pcs mushroom
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
4 cups boiled rice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and onion for 2 minutes.
2. Add cabbage and mushroom, and toss on high heat for 30 seconds.
3. Add salt and pepper. Toss for 1 minute.
4. Add boiled rice and soy sauce. Toss till color is even.
5. Add eggs and mix well.
