Desert for lunch today is mango pudding… Made by my mother-in-law.
I contributed by flipping it over a flat plate and decorating it with chocolate chips.
The recipe is simple.
Use mango pudding mix. Fill it with fresh mango pieces. Put it in the refrigerator for a few hours to harden. That’s it.
