- One pack for each Singaporean and permanent resident household.
- Collect from community centres/clubs (CCs) and residents’ committee (RC) centres.
- Present NRIC at the collection counter for verification.
- Collection time between 10am to 6pm daily, except on public holidays.
- Available at all CCs from 20 July to 2 August 2020, and at all RCs from 20 July to 26 Jul 2020.
