Had a good 5-hour slumber last night. Thanks for the cool rainy weather. Thanks for the nice warm hash brown at breakfast.

What did not work?

1. The question “what is my weekly challenge?” From the five minute Journal morning questions. Consolidated it into my own three Morning Journal questions.
   • What am I thankful for right now?
   • What are 3 challenges accomplished yesterday?
   • What 3 challenges will I complete to make today great?
2. Problem with mov file uploaded from mac to Google photos. Can be downloaded into Samsung galaxy s10. Can be played back. BUT cannot be seen by apps like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and premiere rush. Test exporting as MP4 file from FCPX and upload to Google photos again. Try again… RESULT: Yes MP4 WORKS.
3. New WordPress themes has given up on the Next-Previous naviation buttons in media attachment pages. Had to switch the theme back to Asteroid theme, where Adsense Auto Ads don’t work very well.

What did I learn?

1. Pat Flynn Podcast. How to offer Black Friday discount. Time limited, free shipping, discount dollar better then percent, always show higher price before discount, special bonuses, create bundles, partnering with other people’s product, email marketing last day is insane, send 2 emails on final day, send to unopened emails, live on Facebook…
2. How to get massive organic reach without paying for ads? Adrian Lee, find a viral post similar to your biz category. Francis Arios, then create a similar post? Adrian Lee, Yuppers don’t copy it thou… https://m.facebook.com/groups/862240017190880?view=permalink&id=2557550510993147
3. How to find viral posts? Use Post Planner $36 per year. Free? Try https://www.social-searcher.com/social-trends/ after much research, I find that trying to copy viral post is a waste of time. Might as well do the long-term method. Keyword research.
