Here are the steps to follow in Capcut Mobile:

1. Open Capcut and start a new project.
2. Select two videos and tap on Add.
3. Go to the second video in the timeline and apply Overlay.
4. Drag the overlay video under the first video.
5. Select the overlay video.
6. Reposition the video to the bottom half of the screen.
7. Apply Mask and choose Horizontal Mask.
8. If the bottom video is not at the bottom, tap on Invert.
9. Move the horizontal mask to the middle.
10. Playback and watch your edited video.
