  1. First, record yourself being grabbed.
  2. Then, record your hand grabbing something.
  3. Open Cap Cut and start a new project.

  5. Now, choose โ€œOverlayโ€ and โ€œAdd Overlayโ€.
  6. Select the hand recording and tap on โ€œADDโ€.
  7. Go to the cutout tool and choose โ€œRemove Backgroundโ€.
