  1. First, record yourself being grabbed.
  2. Then, record your hand grabbing something.
  3. Open Cap Cut and start a new project.

  5. Now, choose “Overlay” and “Add Overlay”.
  6. Select the hand recording and tap on “ADD”.
  7. Go to the cutout tool and choose “Remove Background”.
  8. Move the timeline forward, resize, and reposition the hand to fit nicely.
  9. Go to the mask tool and select “Rectangle Mask”.
  10. Resize and reposition the mask so that the hand will come up from wherever you want it to come out from.
