Number One: The Arm Rotation Effect.

Go to Capcut and add a video of yourself rotating your arm in front.

Overlay a video of yourself in a different outfit doing the same arm rotation.

Add a Horizontal Mask on your rotating arm.

Use keyframes to reposition the Mask so that it follows your arm.

Number Two: The Shirt Pulling Effect.

Go to Capcut and add a video of yourself pretending to pull your shirt out.

Trim the clip to finish just when your hand starts pulling.

Add a video of yourself with the shirt in your hand and pulling it forward.

Trim the clip to start when you start pulling.

Number Three: The Drop Cloning Effect.

Go to Capcut and add a video of yourself dropping a shirt on your side.

Split the clip to end where the shirt falls halfway. Then, add a video of yourself with the shirt and jumping at the spot where the shirt was dropped. Trim the clip to where you are falling halfway from the jump. Finally, apply Overlay on the second piece of the first clone, then apply Remove BG and Auto Removal.
