how to add bilingual subtitles to a video

  • Open Capcut and create a new project.
  • Import Your Video: Select your video and tap “Add”.
  • Access the Captions Feature: Tap on “Text” and then “Auto Captions”.
  • Choose Your Languages: Select your video’s original language and the language you wish to translate the subtitles into.
  • Generate Your Subtitles: Tap on the “Generate” button.

Review and Enjoy! Play your video back and marvel at your new bilingual subtitles!

Note that this feature is only available in the paid version of Capcut Pro. You must still do a final check to correct any mistakes the AI may have made.
