Today, I optimised my blog with  WP-Optimize by Ruhani Rabin of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

3 auto drafts deleted
0 items removed from Trash
960627 spam comments deleted
33 comments removed from Trash
151 unused comment metadata items removed
0 unused akismet comment metadata items removed
1152 unapproved comments deleted

Phew! Finally I found a plugin to remove almost a MILLION spam comments.
