Content Creator Learns Short Video Audience Prefers Quick Tutorials

Today I learned something new about my short video audience. When I ask them if they want a full tutorial, I get a lot of yeses in the comments. But when I ask them if they want a slow tutorial, no one responds. This tells me that my audience is more interested in getting the information quickly, even if it means that they may not understand everything the first time.

This is a valuable lesson for me as a content creator. I need to be mindful of the needs of my audience and tailor my content accordingly. If I want to reach more people, I need to make sure that my content is easy to understand and digest.

I’m also going to experiment with different ways to deliver my content. For example, I might create a video tutorial that is broken down into smaller, more manageable chunks. Or, I might create a series of long videos that cover the same topic in more detail.

I’m excited to see what I can learn from this experiment and how I can improve my content in the future.

This is part of my short video content engagement strategy for TikTok, Youtube Shorts, Instagram, and Facebook Reels. To access the rest of my content creation checklist, please type “yes” in the comments and I will message you privately.
