Blurring Car License Plate in a Video using Capcut [058]πŸš—

Here’s how I blur a car number plate in a video using Capcut Mobile… Get the full tutorial herehttps://adrianlee.gumroad.com/l/capcutblur

  1. Open Capcut and start a new project. Select the car recording and tap on Add.
  2. Select the clip in the timeline and choose Copy.
  3. Tap on Overlay to bring the copy down. Drag the copy under the original.
  4. Go back to the main menu. Select Effects and Video Effects. Choose Lens category and pick Blur. Tap on Adjust and adjust the blur to the maximum.
  5. Go back. Select Object. Choose Overlay.
  6. Extend the duration of the blur effect for as long as you want.
  7. Select Mask and choose Circle Mask. Move the mask over the car number plate then resize.

That’s only for one stationary car. If you want to blur multiple car number plates that move, then watch my full tutorial in the link below.
