• Open Capcut PC and create a new project.
• Click on import, select the video and the image, and click on open.
• Drag the video clip into the timeline.
• Drag the image clip into the timeline on top of the video clip.
• Resize the image in the player panel to make it smaller.
• Drag the playhead to the part where you want the image to start moving.
• Drag the image to the starting position.
• Activate the Transform keyframe.
• Move the play head in the timeline forward, then move the image in the direction you want it to move.
• Repeat the last two steps until the moving image reaches its ending point.
